The location of this budget hotel was very convenient for the public transportation, including the train and bus station. the airport bus had a stop nearby, which was a great advantage. the rooms and washrooms were fairly clean, and the staff was friendly. the hotel provided a pocket-friendly tariff.
My experience during my Easter stay was quite dreadful. the beds and pillows were rock solid and uncomfortable, causing back pain and lack of sleep.

Very central and clean. The city itself is easy to get around and this Hotel is just one stop from the main tram section.
Nothing. There is even a nice wee place to eat and drink just outside the hotel for sitting and thinking what to do next.

An excellent location in the downtown area for exploring Old Riga and the river/canal precinct.
Our street facing room was noisy. Beds were rock hard. The smoking on the fire escape went right throuh the floor. Other guests inconsiderate at unsociable hours.

Well located, near to the central station. Really polite and friendly staff. Cheap, of course
It's noisy: the busy Merkela street is right under the window, doors are also thin.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything that people do in neighbour rooms. If they are noisy then it is impossible to sleep.

The location is pretty convenient, close to both train and bus stations, and the airport bus as well. This made arriving and leaving very easy. the ambiance of the surrounding old town during the Christmas season was enchanting. Though the rooms were basic, the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The walls were thin, making it difficult to sleep with noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. the heat was turned up too high, making the room uncomfortably stuffy.

It is well situated, not far from the old city of Riga. It is cheap.
There was one cockroach and other insects. The fitted carpet on the floor was dirty. We had to prepare our beds, putting the sheets to the blankets. We booked a room with shower, the wc was to share and was frecuently occupied. We did not use the shower of our bedroom because it was incredibly dirty, full of brown spots. It was cheap, only 20 eur, but it does not worth even 5 eur.
